Return Policy
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return merchandise for whatever reason, you must send a request to urbanmangoz4u@gmail.com within 15 DAYS of receiving the package, according to the tracking number.
Your return request email must include:
- Invoice number/ Company Name
- Style number: Quantity & Color
- Reason for return
- Photos of the merchandise you wish to return
Once your request has been approved, a representative will email a Return Merchandise Authorization form. You must fill this form out completely and include in the returned merchandise box.
Merchandise must be shipped back within 2 DAYS of receiving approval from a representative.
ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT.
Merchandise must be unworn and in original packaging.
Non-defective merchandise:
There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. Refund for non-defective merchandise will be made with store credit.
Defective merchandise:
We will provide a shipping label for defective merchandise
